Team: invite collaborators with roles

The Clinic plan lets you invite several members to the same account — so the whole team shares the exam library without passing around credentials, with a clear record of who did what.

Each member signs in with their own email. Actions (uploading an exam, sharing, signing a report, annotating) are recorded with their name.

NotaWhoever creates the account is the Owner (implicit super-administrator). The Owner always has all permissions — including billing and account deletion — and their role cannot be changed or removed.

The three available roles

In addition to the Owner, there are three roles you can assign to each member. Each one defines what they can see and do inside the account:

Administrator

Same attributions as the Owner except billing. Can invite and remove members, change clinic settings, edit templates, configure the public clinic page and sign reports. Useful for a partner radiologist or technical lead who runs the account day to day.

Radiologist

Clinical focus. Uploads exams, reads them on the viewer, writes and signs reports. Shares exams with referrers. Does not administer the team or see billing, but has full access to the account's exams.

Reception

Operational and administrative role. Uploads exams, fills patient data, shares with referrers and manages My referrers. Does not sign reports or delete exams — to keep clinical traceability.

TipAny member (even Reception) can view exams and open the viewer. What changes is what they can modify. If you need a stricter read-only profile, write to us from Support and we will see how to set it up.

NotaPending invitations appear in the Pending tab. If the person does not receive the email, you can resend from the row or copy the direct link to send via another channel.

Change a member's role

In the Active list, click on the role chip (or on the member row) to open their profile. From there you can change the role, see the email, account data and last activity.

Reset someone's password

If a member forgot the password and needs help, open their profile and click Send recovery link. CBCTHub sends a magic-link email to their inbox.

ImportanteThe Owner/Administrator does not see the member's password — only triggers the reset email send. Supabase manages the change flow.

Remove a member

From the member's profile, option Remove from team. They lose access immediately. The exams that person uploaded are kept in the clinic — exams belong to the account, not the individual member.

CasoCenter with morning and afternoon shift

If your center has different technicians per shift, a good combination is:

1. A Radiologist per shift so each one signs their own reports.

2. A Reception with upload and share access, but not signing.

3. You as Owner remain the only one with billing and structural changes (public clinic page, templates, plan).

TipThe difference between Team and My referrers is important: team are people inside your account who operate the platform. Referrers are external contacts (dentists you send exams to). They do not mix or share the list.
