My referrers

Referrers are the external professionals who send you patients — general dentists, specialists, other centers. The address book is for keeping them handy when you share an exam, instead of typing the email each time.

NotaImportant: referrers are not system users. They have no CBCTHub account, they do not sign in. They are saved contacts. If you want to add someone to your account so they use the system, that goes under Team.

Add a referrer

  1. 1
Click Add at the top right.
  2. 2
Fill in the form. Name is required; email, phone and specialty are optional but useful — without email you cannot send them exams by mail, only by direct link.
  3. 3
Click Save. The referrer becomes available to pick in the share modal of any exam.

Specialty

If you fill in the Specialty field (e.g.: Implantology, Orthodontics, Endodontics), it appears as a chip next to the name. Useful to quickly identify whom to send each type of exam.

Referrer portal

Each referrer has a personal link you can copy with the Portal button on their row. If you send it to them, the referrer lands on a page with your branding where they see all the exams you referred to them — no login, just the link.

TipSend the portal once to the referrer who receives many of your exams. Next time they need to find an older study, they find it on their portal without asking you or the patient.

Edit or delete

On each row, hover shows the edit (pencil) and delete (trash) icons. Deleting a referrer does not delete the exams you already referred to them — it only removes them from the address book and from future selector options.

CasoMigrate the address book from your current system

If you have hundreds of referrers in a spreadsheet, you can add them one by one (no CSV import yet). Fastest:

1. Sort your sheet by usage frequency (the ones who refer most first).

2. Load the 20 most active. They cover 80% of your sends.

3. When an exam comes for someone not on the list, add them on the spot — the share modal has an “Add new” button that does not take you out of the flow.
