Clinic profile

The clinic profile is where you define the center's identity: name, logo, address, legal data. These fields are automatically used in many parts of CBCTHub.

Where the profile data is used

  • Exam email: the logo and name appear in every email you send to a referrer.
  • Public page of the center: the logo + name above the PIN field.
  • Viewer: the logo appears in the corner when a referrer opens the exam.
  • Report PDF: the logo and legal data in the header and footer.
  • Consent PDF: same branding.

Set up the profile

    Go to Settings › Clinic data.

    Fill in: center name, full address, phone, website, tax ID (RUT/CIF/CNPJ) as it applies in your country.

    Upload the logo as PNG with transparent background, minimum 400×400 px. It is resized automatically.

    Save. Changes apply immediately everywhere they are used.
ImportanteThe logo must belong to your clinic — not the software vendor or the scanner makers. There have been cases where a user mistakenly uploaded another account's logo and visually affected other clients (bug already fixed, but the takeaway is: be careful what you upload).
