Public page of the center

The public page is a URL with your center's branding where a patient can enter and, with the exam PIN, directly open their study without needing an individual link.

It is useful when your center has walk-in attention: you can put up a sign with your public URL, give the patient the PIN of their exam, and the patient enters from any device.

Enable the public page

   Go to Settings › Clinic data.

   In the Public page section, enter the slug you want to use (lowercase, hyphens and numbers only — no spaces or accents).

   Turn on the Enable public page toggle. As soon as you enable it, the URL becomes accessible.

   Check the logo, center name and color/branding shown on the public page using the preview.

How the patient uses it

   The patient enters your center's URL (the one you will have printed on flyers, receipts, or on a sign in the office).

   They see a field where they type the 4-digit PIN they received from you.

   With the correct PIN, they see the screen with their exam — they can open the viewer or download the report.

Typical use cases

• Center with heavy walk-in traffic: the receptionist hands over the PIN written on the receipt together with the center's URL. The patient accesses the exam whenever they want.
• Patient who lost the email: instead of resending the link, give them the center URL and the PIN — they enter on their own.
• Events / conferences: you can project the public URL with a QR code so attendees can access demo cases.
