Automatic exam upload from the scanner
CBCTHub Link is a desktop application installed once on the cone beam workstation. From that point on, every new study is transferred to CBCTHub with no manual export. Account pairing is done with a code and takes about a minute.

The exam leaves the scanner and shows up in CBCTHub with the patient name already filled. Nobody burns a CD, nobody uploads a ZIP.

If the internet drops, the PC restarts or the account runs out of space, the exam waits on disk and uploads by itself later.

Every 10 minutes it reports to CBCTHub. In Settings → Devices you see "last signal 4 min ago", and if it goes silent for a day you get an email.

Direct connection (DICOM)
The scanner sends on its own, as soon as the scan ends.

Installing takes three steps
Download and install
No administrator privileges required. It installs in the user profile and is set to start with Windows.
Pair the account
The application generates a six-character code and opens the browser. You sign in to CBCTHub and confirm with "Connect this device". No credentials are entered on the clinic workstation.
Select the scanner
Once the brand is selected, the application displays the configuration steps for that software. Synchronization is then enabled.
What you can take for granted
The disk is the queue
Nothing is deleted until CBCTHub confirms the exam is processed. An internet outage, a PC restart or an account out of space leave the exam waiting on disk, not lost.
Nothing leaves the clinic except HTTPS
The DICOM port listens on the local network only. Towards the internet, Link only makes encrypted calls to cbcthub.com with that device's credential, which can be revoked from Settings → Devices without touching the account password.
It resumes on its own
If the PC restarts with exams waiting, they upload on start-up. Retries after network failures grow from 30 seconds to 15 minutes; account blocks (no space, revoked credential) are shown in the window and in Devices until resolved.
A heartbeat every 10 minutes
Link tells CBCTHub it is alive, with its version, mode and how many exams are waiting. If a device that used to report goes silent for a whole day, the account owner gets an email.
