Plans and subscription

CBCTHub plans differ mainly by included storage and number of users. Viewer tools — orthogonal, panoramic, oblique, 3D, measurements, report — are included in every plan.

NotaWhat the plan limits is not the features; it is how much you store and how many people operate the account. If you only need to try out the viewer, Free is enough.

TipThe X GB / Y GB indicator in the My exams header is clickable and opens a chart of how your usage grew over time. It is the best way to project whether you will need to upgrade.

Change plan

    Go to Subscription in the side menu.

    Choose the plan you want to switch to. The Monthly / Semiannual / Annual selector at the top adjusts prices — paying annually costs less per month.

    Click Change plan. You are redirected to Stripe (payment processor) to confirm the subscription.

    Once confirmed, the new plan is active immediately. If you upgraded mid-month, Stripe prorates the charge.
NotaCBCTHub does not store your card number. The payment is processed by Stripe directly; we only receive the confirmation that you paid.

Downgrade or cancel

From the same Subscription page you can cancel. The account keeps working until the end of the paid period, then automatically reverts to Free.

ImportanteIf you downgrade to Free but have more than 2 GB used, the exams still display, but you cannot upload new ones until you free space. Your data is not deleted.
CasoWhen to move from Pro to Clinic?

Pro and Clinic differ on two axes: storage and users.

If you are a solo radiologist with a large historical archive, it makes more sense to scale within the Pro/Max/Ultra line (single user, more space).

If you need your reception, another radiologist or an assistant with their own credentials and activity log, move to Clinic — even though storage is smaller than Ultra, it gives you up to 5 users.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to exams if I cancel? They stay accessible in read-only mode for the rest of the paid period; once on Free your exams are preserved but you cannot add new ones until you free space.

Can I switch between monthly / annual? Yes, from Subscription. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-period, Stripe prorates.

Is there a volume discount for multiple centers? Write to us from Support and we'll put together a custom proposal.

Do you issue invoices? Yes. The invoice is downloaded from Subscription → Payment history.
