Export your account data

At any time you can download a complete ZIP with all the data of your account. This covers the right to portability established by GDPR (Art. 20), LGPD and similar regulations.

What the ZIP includes

• All your original DICOM exams.
• All reports in PDF (with signature if signed).
• All signed consents.
• The referrers contact book (CSV).
• Metadata for each exam (patient, date, assigned referrer, comments) in JSON.
• The audit log of your account.

How to request the export

   Go to Settings › Account.

   Click Export my data.

   CBCTHub prepares the ZIP in the background. It can take several minutes depending on the number of exams.

   When ready, you receive an email with a download link. The link expires in 7 days as protection in case someone intercepts the email.
