Account audit log

CBCTHub records every important action that happens on your account: uploads, downloads, email sends, report signatures, plan changes, suspicious access, etc. The audit log lets you review and export that history.

What it is for

• Medical-legal compliance: prove who did what and when.
• Internal audits: review the team's activity.
• Dispute resolution: if a referrer says they did not receive the exam, you can see when it was sent and whether they opened it.
• Detection of suspicious access: logins from unusual IPs are recorded.

Access the log

   Go to Activity in the side menu.

   You will see a timeline with all recent actions. Each entry shows: timestamp, action, user who performed it, affected object (which exam).

   Available filters: by date, by action type, by user (if you have a team).

   Click Export CSV to download the entire log.
