Create your account and set up the clinic

Signing up to CBCTHub takes less than 2 minutes. When you're done your account is ready to upload its first exam.

Sign-up step by step

    Go to cbcthub.com and click Start free.

    Choose how to create the account: email + password, Google or Apple.
  3. 3
    Verify your email (we send you a link). Then you enter the onboarding flow.
  4. 4
    Complete the multi-step onboarding: country, role (radiologist/center/referrer), clinic name, how you found CBCTHub.
  5. 5
    Finish the quick viewer tour (optional). Then you land on your dashboard, ready to upload your first exam.
TipA complete onboarding saves work later: the clinic info you enter here is used in the email to referrers, on the center's public page and in report footers.

After signing up

Five-minute checklist:

  • Logo and legal data of the clinic (Settings › Clinic data).
  • Scanned signature if you'll sign reports (Settings › Radiology report).
  • Public page slug if you want patients to access exams via PIN.
  • Your first referrers in the address book (My referrers).
