The capture function lets you take an exact image of what you see on the viewer — with all your annotations, measurements and adjustments — to download or email to a colleague or the patient.

Take a capture

    Adjust the view to what you want to show (slice, W/L, annotations).

    Click the Capture button on the toolbar (camera icon).
  3. 3
    A modal opens with the preview of the capture. Check that annotations, measurements and patient name appear as you want.

Three options from the capture

  • Download PNG: saves the image to your computer to attach to a report, presentation or external email.
  • Send by email: opens a mini-modal where you write the recipient (can be a referrer or the patient) and an optional message. CBCTHub sends the email with the image attached directly.
  • Copy to clipboard: useful for quickly pasting into a WhatsApp web message or a document.
NotaPatient name and date appear as an overlay in the corner of the capture. If you want to send it anonymized, activate anonymize mode before capturing.

  • Attach a specific image to the written report.
  • Ask for a quick second opinion via WhatsApp.
  • Show the patient exactly what you found.
  • Material for talks, presentations or publications (with consent).
