Report a bug from the viewer
If something is not working while you are working on an exam, the most useful way to let us know is from the viewer — it automatically sends technical context and helps us reproduce it.
How to report from the viewer
- 1In the viewer, click the kebab menu (three dots) at the top right.
- 2Choose Report a problem.
- 3A modal opens with a description field + an automatic screenshot of what you are seeing.
- 4Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Be specific (e.g.: “I clicked Generate 3D and the button stayed loading 30 seconds with no error”, not “it does not work”).
- 5Send. CBCTHub automatically attaches: your browser, operating system, viewer version, exam ID and the last browser error log.
TipThe more specific the report, the faster we solve it. A “it does not look right” without screenshot can take days of back-and-forth; a “when I enable oblique on this exam, crosshairs do not appear — screenshot attached” usually resolves in hours.
If the bug is not in the viewer
For dashboard, login, subscription or anything outside the viewer, use Contact support and attach a screenshot. The support form also captures your context but not as detailed as the viewer's.
NotaResponse time for bugs: we review as soon as possible. Critical bugs (account down, inaccessible exams) we prioritize over anything else.
