Anything else?

If you do not find what you are looking for in this guide, we are one message away. There are three ways to talk to us, depending on urgency and the type of request:

Direct support

To report a problem, ask for help with your account or make a specific question, use the Contact support form. It opens a ticket with your account context and current version — that saves back-and-forth.

You can also write to us directly at soporte@cbcthub.com if you prefer email.

Request an improvement or feature

If you want CBCTHub to do something it does not yet, tell us. Most current features were born from concrete user requests — we read every proposal. Send it via the same support channel marking it as a feature request.

Report a bug from the viewer

If you find something not working while you are working on an exam, the viewer has a kebab menu (three dots) at the top right with the Report a problem option. That automatically sends us the technical context of the study — more useful than a generic description.

NotaUsual response time: same business day. For urgent cases (account down, critical exam inaccessible), we respond as soon as possible even outside hours.

About the guide

This guide is updated along with the platform. If you find something out of date or want us to cover a missing topic, tell us — we prefer the guide to be useful over polished.

CBCTHub is a product in constant evolution; at About you can see the changelog and what is new in each version.
